At least our crooks admit they're crooks. And I, personally, was quite fond of the short-lived Louisiana law against having your ass hanging out of your pants. Impossible to enforce, but I liked that it was at least on the books for a while.

Good point, at least there is some shred of integrity left in Louisiana's system...as for Utah...eh...not so much. I won't go into Utah's religious institution problems here
