Reminds me of a story from a while ago back here. Some guy got charged like £100 for dropping a £10 note accidentally... the police officer who arrested him classified it as "littering".

Indeed. Apparently it's not his first, or last for that matter, stupid arrest... he has a reputation in his local area for his highly literal viewing of the law.
