Re: New Fleet Admiral
CONGRATULATIONS TP!
This is the most exciting news I've read on these forums in a long time. What can I say...in the 9 years I've known you, it's about damn time! I mean seriously, 9 YEARS?
Back when TParis started, the community was about 10000 times bigger than it is today, officers played roughly 30 games a day, and stood 10 feet tall. They also breathed fire, and shot lightning bolts out of their....eyes. Riker made a post every 5 minutes. Ciaran wasn't born yet. Picard couldn't speak English, and still can't.
I really can't congratulate you enough. I believe UFP will do extremely well under your leadership. It may take you some time to adjust to the top job, but you've got plenty of support, I think you'll make the transition just fine. If you need any advice (e.g. how to beat the council into submission with a special Jesse "sledgeislation") I am here for you.

Retired, at long last.
