I am Commodore Kira Phoenix, Chancellor to Federation Empires diplomacy department. Most of you knew me as Commander Phoenix from Starfleet, I have since resigned from them. As I understand, we currently have a non-aggression pact with UFP. I also understand that relations in the past with us have been...rocky..at best. I would very much like to remedy this, and improve relations in the hopes of building a strong relationship so as to benefit the community as a whole.
