Choosing my XO is a big decision, and one that I did not want to make before I considered my options and had a couple of chats first. However, my decision has been made.
Vice Admiral Himble, you have given much time and energy to better the fleet. Today, I want to reward that effort by promoting you to the rank of Admiral and making your duty as AXO permanent and appointing you as Fleet XO. I know you'll do a fine job.
