I'm getting it in a few days. Haven't decided on PC or x360 yet. Prob gonna buy it for pc, though. reckon i can run it decently with my gaming rig once its running again. still, i liked the demo better on x360...
btw, anyone tried it on a laptop yet? wondering if i'll run well enough on my new machine.

Well you could always give the Multiplayer Demo a go.
Should give you an idea of what kind of performance to expect.

I've played the multi-player demo on the Xbox, hell of a lot of fun. Very fast-paced.

No i think he means in general, Which is strange.
Not that i would expect it from an AoL connected website, but just to be safe you should run a virus scan.

yeah, the damn thing just freezes. i ran a virus scan (incl boot scan) and i only got one hit. which was my IronCad keygen, and that one is clean. anyway, i removed everything connected to crysis, ran a full sweep, (ccleaner), checkdisk, and then restored the computer to last nights settings. so far (45-50min OCCT stress test) it hasn't locked up on me.

You could try downloading Gamebooster. You'd be amazed what you can clear up with stuff, ask Costello. Also try disabling your anti-virus and see how that goes?

i might have been a bit unclear. anyway, it was not the game that froze. it was the computer itself. i could leave it playing music or movies or anything. my point was the freezing started
after i installed crysis. but it doesnt matter now. i fixed it. i dont know what i did. but it doesnt freeze like it used to now.
regarding gamebooster. its a freaking masterpiece. it did wonders for my eee pc 1005ha. but i dont think it'll be needed for a 2.13ghz i3, 4gb ram and HD5470.
