I bought 'Wings of Prey' over the Christmas steam sales. Seems pretty good, though I do like the sounds of this cliffs of dover. I may check it out also. After I've gotten myself a joystick of course.

I find Wings of Prey's visuals to be pretty awesome and top-notch, though unfortunately i cannot say the same for the flight models.
The P-51 mustang and a lot of other aircraft are seriously underpowered(literally), stalling if you just as much as sneeze at them, to say nothing about their dogfighting capability.
Though through some miracle AI planes don't seem to be bound by those restrictions.
