Opponents: [DFP] Capt Jake (Prometheus)
I joined the UFP server when there was a slot open.
I flew a CAP around the battle while watching various UFP members duel with Jake. I had my ship set to yellow alert. I saw Capt Jake swing his nose around toward my ship and he let loose a barrage of photons and quantums at my Rhode Island. I targeted his saucer warpcore and powered up my weapons. I also sent out a distress call over TS that I was under attack and that I was opening fire.

I belive due to my distress call some other UFP members opened fire on Jake's ship while I was fighting him. This is understandable since Jake did not initaite a duel and attacked me without provocation. By following my rules of engagement I only returned fire when I was fired upon. I managed to get some good hits into Jake's ship.
Jake did not last long and I was credited with the kill.
