New Senator and other changes.

I am pleased to announce the council of Admirals has voted to bestow the rank of Senator on retired Adm TParis. This allows him to continue to provide valued council and input into our great fleet.
The JAG charter has been amended. JAG is not used very often, a testament to our fleet and those who serve in her. But we must remain vigilant and keep JAG around. Therefore, we have changed the charter to allow a Senator to hold the office of JAG. This only applies to JAG as other command positions require greater activity. I therefore appoint Senator TParis as JAG.
part of an ongoing effort to streamline things and allow command structure more versatility to adapt to changes, the starfleet charter has been revised. This will allow those in starfleet to make more changes as necessary.
Fleet Admiral Founder Picard has obtained a ladder system for our use. This is being worked on to integrate with our site for use.
With the ability to create private pvp matches in STO, we will soon be hosting a competition. This first competition will be open to UFP officers and all members of our STO fleet.
