THE OFFICE OF THE JUDGE ADVOCATE GENERAL
OF THE UNITED FEDERATION OF PLANETS
A GUIDE TO REQUESTING AN APPEAL
This is a guide written to familiarise those concerned with the appropriate and desired proceedings when requesting an appeal with the Office of the Judge Advocate General. When an officer of the United Federation of Planets finds an order or a decision unethical or unbecoming and/or is punished and finds this disciplinary punishment unjust or disproportionate to the offense, he or she may appeal the punishment by promptly forwarding it to the Office of the Judge Advocate General. As the appeal shall be forwarded through the proper channels, the officer punished may in the meantime be required to undergo the punishment adjudged. OF THE UNITED FEDERATION OF PLANETS
