I would suggest having a commanding officer ask around and then post up with how many they KNOW will turn up then then they can just post it here,
Alternatively you could post your names here i guess

Our fist fun-wars server was quite successful and as such we shall proceed with the other planned server today/tonight (saturday) at 21:00 gmt +1
